It wanted to ensure that its sales force had the mobile technology to do their job effectively.

The challenge

Toolbank’s salespeople used their mobiles in different ways for their roles. Some used 3G extensively to complete customer relationship management tasks, while others used their mobiles for phone calls. Toolbank wanted a solution that was cost-effective, would meet the needs of its staff and offered great service.

The solution

The outcome

Under the new contract, its monthly airtime minutes have increased by 25% and staff can use data allowance to complete CRM tasks freely. Toolbank is also saving around £6,000 per annum – a significant sum for the business.
