TalkTalk Business shortlisted for ‘Best Clients Services Team’ at The Wires Global 2022

Hot off the back of our Silver award for ‘Best Complaint Handling’ at the Customer Experience Awards 2022, we’ve been shortlisted for ‘Best Client Services Team’ at The Wires Global 2022 in November.

Providing outstanding customer experiences is central to our mission at TalkTalk Business, and we’re delighted to be in the running for another award. Our client services team is committed to developing long-lasting relationships with our customers, to understanding their precise needs and goals, and to making sure they get the most from their connectivity.

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made in this space and that it’s reflected in our ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot score. Since March 2021, it has increased from 4.35 to 4.7 – higher than any other major connectivity provider.*

Last year was also a record breaking one for us; out of a total 1,826 reviews on Trustpilot, 1,438 were 5* ratings. We’ve never recorded more over twelve months. And we’ve gone from strength to strength in 2022; the volume of service calls resolved during the first interaction has more than doubled from 37% in 2019/20 to 78% this year.

Another area in which we’ve improved is technical support. Our client services team has driven a reduction in repeat calls regarding technical issues from 28% to 10% in less than twelve months. Implementing a direct line to TalkTalk Business engineers while on calls with customers has been pivotal to this, and as a result, technical issues are now dealt with more quickly.

With operational costs increasing, these are challenging times for businesses of all sizes.
