TalkTalk Business is the only major internet provider rated ‘Excellent’ on Trustpilot* and our 4.8 TrustScore follows our 10,000th five-star review, which we received in July.

Alongside delivering affordable, reliable connectivity to the thousands of businesses we serve, we’re dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences – so hitting this score is a significant achievement for us.

For over 25 years, we’ve continually challenged ourselves to enhance our service and provide the support our customers deserve. We’ve been on Trustpilot for over 10 years and the thousands of reviews we’ve received since June 2013 have helped us understand where we’re doing well and where we can improve.

It’s been a long journey over the decade since, but even in the last 12 months, we’ve refused to rest on our laurels. We’ve continued to raise our standards and this is reflected in our TrustScore as it stands today.
