If you or your business previously signed up for Personal or Small Business Email services from Nildram, Freedom to Surf or Tiscali then there are some upcoming changes we'd like to make you aware of.

Until now, TalkTalk Business has been hosting these services but in the near future we will be ceasing provision of these services.

Our priority is to ensure continuity of service for the businesses we serve, so we are pleased to announce that ownership of the email service will be transferred to hosted email services specialists, The Very Good Email Company (VGE).

The Very Good Email Company is currently the underlying supplier of the Personal or Small Business Email platform. This means a very simple and no-risk migration will be available to affected customers, subject to their accepting The Very Good Email Company’s terms and conditions.

We have already emailed impacted customers to make them aware of the upcoming changes and will be contacting them again soon with details about what happens next, including what they need to do and the process timelines.
